Welcome to Amaze N' Smokin' BBQ! We're a family-owned mobile BBQ and catering service bringing delicious, home-cooked BBQ to events all across Montana. Here's a bit more about who we are, what we do, and why we're passionate about making your event unforgettable.

Our Story

After spending over 30 years with a home here in Hamilton, Montana, we retired to this beautiful town in 2021. But we quickly realized that we missed the excitement of working and connecting with our community. In 2024, we decided to bring our love for BBQ to life with our very own food trailer. Since then, we've been serving up smoky, flavorful dishes at weddings, family reunions, Farmers Markets, and local events like Daly Days and the Celtic Festival. With over 30 years of experience in BBQ and catering, we bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every event we serve.

Our Specialty

Our mobile kitchen allows us to cook everything fresh on-site, bringing a full BBQ experience directly to your event. We specialize in a variety of BBQ styles, from classic picnic-style meals with tri-tip, brisket, ribs, and chicken to more formal catering with sides of homemade potato salad, coleslaw, macaroni, and warm rolls or cornbread. All our salads and sides are made from scratch, adding a homemade touch to every plate.
