Our catering services offer both our signature sandwich menu and a full buffet menu. Whether served directly from our food trailer or presented buffet-style, we bring everything needed to make your event seamless and delicious. Our team decorates the food table, serves dishes in elegant chafer pans, and ensures your guests enjoy a smooth buffet experience

Plating Choices

• Two meat per person: Choice of salad, choice of vegetable, choice of starch, rolls and butter or cornbread.
• One meat per person: Choice of salad, choice of vegetable, choice of starch, choice of bread.

• Tri-tip
• Chicken breast

Salad Choices

• Macaroni salad
• Potato salad
• Coleslaw
• Garden salad (choice of one dressing: Ranch, Italian, or Thousand Island)
• Spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing (spinach, feta cheese, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts or pecans (regular or candied), red onions with raspberry vinaigrette)
• Caesar salad (romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons, Caesar dressing)

All of our salad dressings are homemade.
